License activation problem

      Dear Ansys Discovery Support Team,

       

      I have installed succesfully the Discovery SpaceClaim for one month trial, but I couldnt be able to open it. Sign to ansys account has no problem but it gives after errors as attached. Please help me to solve the problem and start to use. I have also tried to add proxy enviroment variable written in troubleshooting but it didnt solve the problem.

      Hello kocsalim

      Could you please try manual activation using Command line options? If this does not work, please send us the log files as requested in the #6 of the Troubleshooting Document.
