License activation

  Hello
  
  I'm trying to activate spaceclaim 2020R2 / 2019R3 on windows 7 but it doesn't work.
  How can I solve?
  
  ERROR says ansysls_client.exe is not recognized as an internal or external command.
  
  The path to go activate the license I have already checked and everything is right.
  Antivirus is disabled

  I think the problem might be due to the unsupported operating System Windows 7. Please check the Hardware Requirements page for more details.

    I remember windows 7 is not supported by version 2021 while 2019 is supported, can you check?

  2019 versions seems to be the last ones supported by Windows 7.
  
  Did you try activating the subscription from the Discovery Account page?

  Was the user able to activate the subscription earlier on this machine, or is it the first time?
  
  Did you try disabling the firewall and antivirus temporarily during activation? Or did you add ansysls_client.exe to the list of exceptions on Firewall and Antivirus?
