Ansys EmployeeHello bgreenfi I see that you have a Subscription license for Discovery SpaceClaim and it has not been activated on any device yet. It looks like you have chosen the wrong mode of licensing for Discovery SpaceClaim. You can change that by launching "Discovery Licensing Mode manager 2020 R1" from the Start Menu> Ansys 2020 R1 and change the Licensing mode to 'Subscription'. -

Thank you - I was able to successfully open SpaceClaim after I made that change. I'm glad that was a simple fix!
