Was wondering if anyone had any idea what this error means in Lumerical. We have lumerical licenses on our Ansys License Server and the software seems to be working correctly from other hosts.

The error indicates that the cluster is not able to connect to the server on the ports used by the license manager.
gold54.cluster.local(process 0): Error: Could not connect to Ansys license server specified at 10550@AnsysLM4.soton.ac.uk;10550@AnsysLM5.soton.ac.uk;10550@AnsysLM6.soton.ac.uk
Consult your IT/cluster admin to allow connection between the license server and the cluster on the ports used by the Ansys license manager on the server.
