License file package

  may i know where to find the following license information from ansys license file? i can only download and install the package once i know the exact package. i cannot find Granta, however. i can only go for 20199999 R2. thanks.

  I would recommend you to reach out for support through the ANSYS Customer Portal.

  the license was provided when purchased Discovery, and we are directed to this forum, however. i could not get any useful information in ANSYS Customer Portal, thus, seek help here. Seem ANSYS support is extremely messy and not efficient, even for simple license and packages installation support.

  Granta is not a part of Discovery packages and therefore you will not find any license information related to it in your Discovery Licenses.
