License Issue

      Hello Ansys Team,

      Can you please help me with the license issue with Ansys SpaceClaim?

      SpaceClaim is asking for Ansys account credentials then show up an error message.

      Kindly look at the attached screen shot.

      Can you please share the CLIENT DIAGNOSTICS FILES to ansys-discovery-support@ansys.com?

      Also it could be possible that the firewall maybe restricting the connection to the saerver, will you please try disabling it and try again. The log files would give a better picture of the issue, but in the meantime to start with we can do this to rule out the possibility.

      Is this a subscription license? It could be possible that the license mode selected is not correct, to start with please change the mode from the license mode manager. Otherwise, please proceed with the suggestions made before.
