license issue

      customer registered his entitlement with command prompt, but he cannot open spaceclaim.

      what else can I check ?

      I made sure he has subscription set in license mode manager, it asks for credentials and he puts password, then he gets error no licenses enabling …..

      Could you please go through this Troubleshooting page and send us the log files as mentioned in #6?

      Customer had this working previously then their subscription expired.

      then he did a trial on his personal email while we processed their renewal order.

      now it doesn't work.

      The curl output seems fine.  Could you please zip and send us the %temp%>.ansys folder? Also, could you share us the customer ID so that we can check at our end? You can email this to us at ansys-discovery-support@ansys.com
