SubscriberCustomer had this working previously then their subscription expired.
then he did a trial on his personal email while we processed their renewal order.
now it doesn't work.

The curl output seems fine. Could you please zip and send us the %temp%>.ansys folder? Also, could you share us the customer ID so that we can check at our end? You can email this to us at ansys-discovery-support@ansys.com
