LICENSE MANAGER ERROR when I am running Ansys Mechanical APDL on student version

  I am getting trouble when I'm trying to open Ansys Mechanical APDL on studen verison. Otherwise I can run other products like Workbench normally. But I tried every way to open Mechanical APDL and I coldn't. I did uninstall and install 3 times but I am getting LICENSE MANAGER ERROR Flexnet Licensing Error: -88,309

  If you look for the system clock has been set back on here which solutions do/don't fix your problem?
