License Server Error

      I got license server error after I active it, what could casus this error and How I can solve it ?

      Hello Ghassan. AbuSultanah Could you please specify if you have the subscription or Floating license? If you have the Subscription license, you can change the mode of licensing. Please go through this post for the same.

        Subashni I believe it's Floating license, I change the mode as per you link but the issue not solved and I can't open the software.

      Hello Ghassan. AbuSultanah

      I see from my database that you have the Subscription mode of License and I also see that the license has been activated on one device.

      Could you please change the licensing mode to subscription and launch the Application? You will be prompted to give login details after which you should be able to use the application.
