License server problems with Named User Licenses

  Hi,
  
  technical support is reporting 2 license server problem of our customer installations. Starting of ANSYS SpaceClaim/and or Discovery is resulting in an error message not seen before. As the licenses are in use for productive jobs and services they suffer from this failure. Please check and find a solution. Thanks and regards

  Can you please work with them on activating through Discovery Subscription license - Command line options ?
  
  In the meantime, I can check with the team regarding the server.

  We are currently facing this issue with a lot of customers and out Development team is working on fixing this issue as soon as possible.
  
  The only work around currently is to activate the licenses using the Command prompt options as suggested previously.
