Lineweight (layout sketch) does not work on Japanese language (not only 2019R3)

  Hello,
  
  Under language: Japanese on SpaceClaim Options, lineweight of layout sketch is unable to change (regardless > Show > lineweight ). Under language: English, it works correctly.
  #How to reproduce:
  0. Change language to Japanese on SpaceClaim Options
  1. Create a line on sketch mode
  2. Select the line and change Layout to "True"
  3. Change the lineweight on Lineweight command
  
  For changing lineweight, switching language is very inconvenience. Would you fix it?
