linking input parameter – read only

  Hi,
  
  I try to create the shell thickness (get from the midsurface tool) as parameter.
  
  I get this error message. Do you know why ?

  If it's the midsurface thickness from SpaceClaim, I believe the problem is that the value is a document property rather than a parametric value such as a dimension.
