Hello , I want to use the Charge module to find the electric field inside Lithoium niobae create by Gold contact and

there is no Lithium Niobate as a material ' and I'm not sure if the option of adding it is quite right because it miss alot of material information

Does there is an option to do that in lumerical?

It is not known for me what exactlythe electric intensity inside the material you want. Do you want to check the static field ? if so, you will need to make this material to be semiconductor.  Please refer to this tip with proper material parameters:

Tips for creating a new semiconductor material

if you want to find mode intensity inside the waveguide with such material at a given wavelength please use FDE.

If you want to know the electric field intensity in the material at any wavelength you can simulate it with a broadband source in FDTD.

If the above are not what you expect, please elaborate more about the device and its working principle.

Please vote this feature at  https://ix.lumerical.com/ideas/LUM-I-77 for this material in CHARGE.

Tnx , but what I wants is to calculate the Electric field inside structure and the put it inside FDE solver to see how its changes the neff (because Lithium niobate is an active material)

"Lithium niobate is an active material", yes, as semiconductor CHARGE can simulate isotropic material but Lithium niobate is anisotropic. right? in order to simulate the anisoptropic semiconductor CHARGE needs a new feature.
