SubscriberHi,
I was wondering if it were possible to plot a velocity distribution across a plane to study the wake of an object in an external flow simulation?

Ansys EmployeeIf you mean a velocity contour then yes, not sure about Live, but in Fluent/CFD Post create a surface and plot on that.

SubscriberI was able to plot the velocity contours but was wondering if there is any way to plot velocity vs position? (not just in Live)

Ansys EmployeeYes you can: Define a chart along a line. X-Axis will be the coordinate, Y-axis is the velocity.
