SubscriberHi,
I have run into a 'Load transfer error' while trying to simulate my suspension model. I have tried turning off defeaturing entirely, as i have read this causes the issue, however this didn't work. I am totally at a loss as to what is causing this.
I'm not sure if this would affect the issue, but I am running this in Ansys 2019 R3, however the CAD model was originally made in creo 3.0, and imported via an Ansys plugin into Ansys 19.2 (which i no longer have access to). A bit messy I know, but this is just the software set i have been given.
Thanks for any help!

SubscriberDelete and recreate each part of the model: the two joints and the spring. That might help.

SubscriberOkay thank you, i will try that. i am using revolute joints connected to the inside cylindrical surfaces of the bolt holes... am i using these right?
Edit: I have just tried what you suggested, and I am still receiving the same error. I also replaced the revolute joints with general joints free only in rotation along the z-axis. i also changed the main support of the trailing arm from cylindrical as i realised it needs to be able to move slightly in all directions.
