LoadLibrary failed with error 87

  Following error shows up when I try to insert a design (HFSS design, Maxwell design, etc.). When I click "OK" button, Ansys quits.

  Array Are you running on a Remote Desktop and that machine has an AMD graphics card?nAre you able to open an Administrator command prompt and then try running the ConfigureThisMachine.exe separately after the install? Modify the path for the version you are trying to run.nC:\Program Files\AnsysEM\AnsysEM20.1\Win64\config\ConfigureThisMachinenn

  Yes, I am running on Remote Desktop and the server has AMD graphics card.nNo, I am not able to run this command since I don't have Administrator rights. nThis error started showing up very recently; I was able to insert designs and so on some days ago, it's not that I am trying to run it for the first time after the install.n

  The issue was solved by disabling the Intel graphics driver, so that only the AMD graphics card is enabled. Thanks for your help!n
