  This error typically occurs when the cloud server at our end is unavailable.
  
  Refer Resolving error - Unexpected HttpRequestException from ANSYS Cloud API trying to connect - Knowledge Base - Ansys Discovery Forum
  Let me check with my team to see if there is any issue and how soon it can be rectified.
