SubscriberI'm an administrator of several accounts. One of my invitees says he never received the Discovery Team email. I had him check the Junk and Trash folders, but it's not there. I've tried to invite him again, but I get a message that says a user with the email ... has already been invited. How can we get him the email with the login information?

SubscriberUpdate - I sent this user the link to login so he could try it. He put in his email and was sent a verification code. When he uses that code and selects "Verify Code", he gets "Your email has been verified. You can now continue." But when he clicks continue, he gets "An account could not be found for the provided user ID."
I can see his account listed with Pending status in my Invitations window in the Administration tab, so it's not clear why he is getting that message.

The user most likely has an existing account. If so, they should click on the Accept invite link and sign in with the same credentials he used for the Discovery Live Tech preview. If they DID NOT participate in the Tech Preview, they should click Sign Up now and complete the registration process. Once they do that, the invitation will no longer be pending.
