Login error Discover Live

      Hi,

       

      We have obtained a discovery live license, but I obtain an error when opening it (I attach a screen shot of the errror message).

      I see that there is a trial license associated with your account.

      If you are entering the same email address when launching the software, it should work.

      The most likely cause for the problem is your network blocking the activation.

      I have talked to our IT department, and they have opened all the app and web ports of the computer, and I keep on getting an error. Could Someone from ANSYS get connected to our server, so that we can check that the configuration is correct?
