LS-DYNA Johnson-Cook model in Eulerian simulation

Has anyone had any success in implementing the Johnson-Cook (MAT 015) material model in a simulation using a material-in-void solid element formulation (ELFORM 12)? I am attempting to model a metal using an airmesh/initial void approach. I have implemented the Johnson-Cook model in a consistent manner that would be used in a Lagrangian environment, with the main difference being that I have applied the material to both its part and airmesh in the Eulerian environment. The simulation runs but the deformation mode is highly unusual and the output data is poor (e.g. near-zero reaction forces). n
