Ls-Dyna User Defined Materials Package installation

  Hello,
  I'm trying to execute the object pc-dyna/R1122/smp for the user defined materials. The readme.txt states that the Intel Parallel Studio XE 2017 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 x64 cross tools are needed, but both seem not available to download now. Is there any solution to this?

  Hello I googled and found oneAPI with base and HPC toolkits might work. And I also tried several versions of objects and Microsoft visual studio, but this error message always shows:
  error: can't open file couple2other_user.obj for write
  compilation aborted for couple2other_user.F (code 1)
  NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'ifort' : return code '0x1'
  Stop.
  The current object I'm trying is smp_d_R13.1, and I installed MSVS 2019 community and build tools.
  Any recommendations are welcome and I look forward to hearing from you.

  Is this ANSYS LS-DYNA downloaded from ANSYS or LSTC LS-DYNA downloaded from the LSTC site?
