Good day,

I've updated the version of my Lumerical and the new installation cannot find the running licenses from my floating server. I doubled checked the configuration of the address and port it all seems correct. Also if a run Lumerical 2022 R1.0 it works perfectly fine.

In addition when I run version 2019b, which I need because it's currently the only one that works in our HPC, the license suddenly stopped working.

When I check the license manager status I have plenty of licenses available, I am copying here below the reply to lmstat

From your license status, you are running the Legacy Lumerical FlexNet license manager. These licenses do not support the 2022 R1.4. You can use prior releases for this version of the license manager.
