Lumerical – Ansys License server error

      I have been getting the error message below since a week. Whenever I try a small run or sweeping, it goes well. But when I try a run/sweeping that requires a long time, I get this issue.

      Any advise, please?

      There seems to be an issue with your local computer connecting the license manager on your server. This could be a network connectivity issue where your local computer is losing the connection between the license server. This typically happens when your computer is on a different network or you are connecting via the Internet.

      Please check with your IT to fix the network connectivity issue between your computer and the license server.
