Hi, I am trying to install lumerical and it gives me this error, I have tried to turn off windows firewall and anti-virus but nothing

 

Component Intel MPI Runtime (2019 Update 10) has failed to install with the following error message:

"A failure occurred attempting to install Intel MPI Runtime."

 

The following components were not installed:

- Microsoft MPI (10.1.12498.16)

 

The following components failed to install:

- Intel MPI Runtime (2019 Update 10)

If you have Visual Studio installed on your computer, this will cause Intel MPI to fail and crash during the installation process. 

Install Lumerical and Microsoft MPI manually on your computer as shown in the Knowledge Base (KB).

Do not install Intel MPI using our bundled installer. Run the simulation using the default Job launching preset, Microsoft MPI.
