SubscriberHello,
One of our customers is experiencing strange error messages on some of his files (see photo)
Do you have any idea what could be the cause?
We have uninstalled and reinstalled SpaceClaim in ADMIN.
I thought at first that it was due to a deleted file, so we deleted its design and started from scratch but the problem reappeared after a few days... -

Forum ModeratorHello charlie
Sorry for the delay here. Please can you let me know when this error exactly occurs? Is it while opening the files, or while using any tool, while saving or by other means?
Any more information would be helpful to understand this problem better. Also, please send me a recent SpaceClaim log file (from the error session).
The SpaceClaim log files can be found in C:Users
AppDataRoamingSpaceClaimLog Files.
(Sometimes the AppData folder is hidden. To find it, type %appdata% into the file path and press enter)Regards.
