There are quite a few tutorials available on YouTube about how to use the Magnetohydrodynamics Model. Please use them to get started and let us know how things go.

There are quite a few papers that go into the details of using Ansys Fluent for Magnetic cooling. If I understand the workflow right, you will need a UDF to do this.
The keywords I used were 'Magnetic Cooling Ansys Fluent'. The first two papers in the search list were quite elaborate. I hope they provide a good starting point for your analysis.
