Magnetic Hertzian Dipole for EMC/EMI

  In the documentation, there is a comment under Hertzian Dipoles that says, "The Magnetic dipole is useful for EMC/EMI applications." It does not clarify why that is the case. I understand the physics of the electric hertzian dipole. What is different about the magnetic h.d. that makes it useful for EMC/EMI?
