I tried to access the assigned Discovery Live subscription license. Unfortunately when trying to login to my Discovery Account, I always ends up on the login page. It states "signed in" but the real Discovery Account to manage the license does not appear.

As discussed, please check if you can install Chrome browser and try logging to Discovery account using this browser. Meanwhile, I have passed on the problem to the concerned team and will get back to you with their response.
