Mastercam Addin

  Hi Ansys Support
  
  I have installed the new ANSYS discovery 2020R2; Also i am using Mastercam CAD CAM where exist a Addin for translate direct in Mastercam over the toolbar from SC to Mastercam; In new Release it doesnt work like in 2020R1,
  
  it brings a error message Spaceleim 2012 couldnt found!
  
  Give it a new Add In for Mastercam and Ansys 2020R2

    That is unexpected behavior, thanks for bringing that to our notice.
    
    I have filed a bug report (ID: 310745) to highlight this issue to the developers. I will let you know if there is an update regarding the same.

  Thanks for feedback and log as Bug! Have you a idea how long we must wait for a fix, and where i can download the fixed files? Its important, while Mastercam has released the Version 2021, and customer will use this version immediatly in combination with SC

    It appears the MasterCAM addin will need to update its API references in order to work with 2020 R2. The old API version it appears to be based on has been retired in 2020 R2.
    
    Until this is resolved, you might have to continue using the older version for ANSYS.
    
    I will keep you posted on any new development regarding this.

  The MasterCAM addin has been updated and should be working, please check and let me know.
  
  The internet browsers sometimes cache the links, trying on a different browser or with “incognito mode” should get the right version of the addin.

    I downloaded the updated files, but it does not still work?
    
    How do I ensure that the files are updated?
    
    And have you any evidence that someone is using MasterCam 2021 addin and SpaceClaim 2020R2 ;), some video would be nice ;).
    
    Any idea to solve this problem?

    The files are updated and verified on developers' and customers' end.
