Material Designer – For “creating” porous fibrous structure

  Hello,
  
  Is it possible to create a porous fibrous structure within Material Designer - AND "Export" that to a Fluent analysis ?
  
  The idea is to model Fluid Flow inside the resulting "porous" medium.

  Export (basically Save as> new file) would export the model in SCDOC format but in order to open the file in SpaceClaim, you need to start a new session in small units.
