Hi all. I need to improve the plastic, for example ABC. I need this plastic to have more tensile strength and flow. I would like to add impurities to the material to improve the properties, such as adding a plasticizer or asbestos, etc. For example, I could use the chemical formula of plastic and add elements to it. Tell me, is there such a module in ANSYS to make such experiments, so that later I can emulate strength tests of the obtained material?

Well, can I mix elements there to get new material? I would try mixing plastic and glass or plastic and glue.

I advise you first to look into our materials databases (Granta EduPack or Granta Selector). These softwares have plenty of materials to compare with your reference and then you can create your own hybrids (architectured or composite) materials using analytical models implemented in the Synthesizer.
