SubscriberI was able to resolve my problem. The issue was with my firewall; use use MCAfee anti-virus software that was blocking the program from running. All I did was uninstall and reinstall the software in order to get it to work. Also calling McAfee techsupport is helpful aswell. If you have a windows computer you have to stop windows defender from blocking the application.

Ansys EmployeeThanks for the feedback. Most Windows installs will flag Firewall issues, but I guess that depends on what level of control you have, what the settings are and which firewall you're using.
