Membrane boundary condition : Sorption-Enhanced Membrane Reactor

  Hi Everyone,
  
  I am simulating 'sorption enhanced membrane reactor' Fig. shown below.
  
  How can one define boundary condition of Membrane? In which I need to define H2 flux (kg/m2/s).
