Ansys EmployeeHi,
Lesize - specifies the divisions and spacing ratio on unmeshed lines
lesize, all, , , 22, 1/5 --> modify "all" the selected lines to have "22" divisions each. The ratio of the last division to first division is 1:5 i.e. the mesh becomes finer towards the end.
This might help further: https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/account/secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v201/en/ans_cmd/Hlp_C_LESIZE.html
About Rmodif: Some elements when defined need certain constants for their definition such as area, moment of inertia, thickness etc., which are stored as real constants. See: https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/account/secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v201/en/ans_cmd/Hlp_C_R.html
Rmodif modifies real constant sets.
Rmodif,6,35,1000 --> We wish to modify "6" real constants, starting with the "35"th entry in the set. The 35th entry should be modified to "1000". Since we haven't specified any other values here, entries 36 to 40 (since we were planning on changing 6 total entries starting at 35th entry) will remain unchanged. You may go through this for further insights: https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/account/secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v201/en/ans_cmd/Hlp_C_RMODIF.html
Hope this helps,
Sai
