  LSEL command selects lines.
  
  lsel,s,,,4,5 --> Create a new set with line numbers 4 and 5
  
  lsel,a,,,14,19,5 --> To the above set, add line numbers 14 and 19 (5 is the increment, so it selects line numbers 14 and 14+5=19. Since the upper limit is 19, it doesn't select any further lines)
