Mesh Refinement – Workbench Additive (AM)

  I am attempting to refine the high stress areas of my mesh for an additive manufacture simulation however, the only way that seems to work is reducing the element size of the whole part which would cause the simulation time to be far too long (It's already 8+hrs and isn't converged)nI have tried edge sizing, split edge sizing, face sizing, all of which result in errors.nI am modelling a miniature cantilever beam and my stresses are located at the corners of what would be the fixed side so it is only these stress concentrates that I would like to refinen

  The mesh size must be uniform for AM. Please refer to this link from help for the mesh requirement.n

  So just to be doubly sure, there is no other way to refine the mesh other than just reduce element size for the entire body?n
