i have made a line at the center and forget to suppress it.
but when i suppressed it the mesh update was successful

Subscriberi projected a line to divide the geometry in two parts. While doing this i forget to suppress the line which was creating this error

SubscriberThanks for the update. I usually use a plane and a slice operation to divide geometry into two bodies, and put the bodies into a new part.
Next time you need to post a screen snapshot, attach the the file rather than placing the image inline because the website reduces the resolution to fit a large image in the small space of the discussion window, making the image illegible.

SubscriberAs peteroznewman mentioned, a plane and a slice operation is really convenient to divide geometries. It provides you the ability to divide the geometry in XY, YZ & XZ directions with one defined plane. And it does not introduce additional lines or surfaces that you might have to suppress otherwise. See attached screenshot for reference:
