Mesh volumes with a lot of curved surfaces

  Hi, I am generating a mesh for a volume with a lot of curves. (no 90 degree bends thou). I m using cut cell method and I got an element quality of 0.97 average but. 0.1 being minimum. Out of the total 2 million cells, several hundreds are below 0.15. When I ran the case for a heat transfer simulation, I m getting an error of "temperature is limited to 1 Kelvin ' which I suspect is occurring because of the mesh elements since boundary conditions are well defined.
  
  Can anyone guide me what's the best technique to generate mesh for such structures. Help wud b appreciated.
