Ansys EmployeeHelloArray,nWhat exactly is the error? If there are very small faces which are creating an issue you could increase the defeature size value under sizing. This will direct the mesher to ignore these small features. Hi Ishan thanks you so much for replying, I'm trying to make the mesh quality better already tried to decrease the side of the elements in the mesh but is seems to no decrease the element metrics of the mesh there are always some elements above 0.70, and is only on the welding part of the geometry.So I tried to fix that on the geometry part of Ansys and it fixes a few parts but not all of them. nn
