meshing to polyfuse

  I want to mesh my screw , fluid and die for my extrusion simulations .
  when i save one mesh export into polyflow compatable mesh and then try to open it in ansys polyfuse , it doesnt open .
  can someone help with this . is there another way to combine my three meshes
