Message saying “no licenses available at this time” when viewing results

Currently running ANSYSY 2023 R1, and everything seems to be working properly when creating and running projects, but when trying to view Results a message pops-up saying "No licenses are available at this time," and selecting the "Request License" button does nothing.
We're connecting to a license server on-premises and none of the other functions are running into licensing issues. Testing connection to the server comes back with a green checkmark.
Computers with ANSYS 2022 on them are not running into this problem. Any advice would be much appreciated.
