SubscriberHello! I have a problem with the milling simulation. I would like to make one cutter pass through the material. I am doing a simulation in explicit dynamics. The problem is that the material deforms strangely. However, I expect chips to appear during the simulation. Could someone help me and advise me on how to properly run this simulation?
In the simulation, I use aluminum from the Ansys library for the material to be processed. The cutter has a diameter of 20 mm.

Ansys Employeecheck your setup process with the following video and correct the process, Also, you also try SPH for these simulations
Cheers, Ram
