Missing .dll files while running workbench

  Hi,
  
  I tried downloading and installing Ansys version 2019 R2 twice. After installation as i try to run the workbench it shows 2 errors.
  
  "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."
  
  "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."
  
  The screen snip of the errors is attached with this mail
  
  I tried re-installing twice each time i downloaded. Please guide on what is to be done.

  Do you have any .err files under (default install location) C:Program FilesANSYS IncANSYS Student or C:Program FilesANSYS Inc ?

  I have the same problem with 2020 R1. And I have the error file you mentioned. What should I do to fix the error?
  
  The file name is ''install.err'' .
