missing tabs in my toolbox but the tabs are in customisation and still wont let me use them

  hi, i am trying to do fluid structure interaction using system coupling with transient structure and fluent tabs, but i cannot put the transient tab into to the work-space and it wont let me put the tab in the toolbox, does anyone know how to fix this?

  It either doesn't see the product installation or it doesn't see the licenses.
  
  What was the name of the installation package(s) that you used to install Workbench ?
  
  What is the output of this command
  
  "%awp_root194%..Shared FilesLicensingwinx64ansysli_util" -checkout ANS_SOLVER
