Modal Analysis solving failure

  I have been having an issue similar to this for 2 weeks now. I will have a perfectly working Static Structural system; however, when I connect an Eigenvalue buckling system or a Modal system to that Static Structural system and attempt to solve it failed to do so. I have removed personal mistakes from the equation by downloading a similar system with Modal analysis from my textbook's author that solves without error until it is run on my computer. I apologized if this is the wrong section of the forum to post this. I am not sure it a license issue or a physics issue. For your information, I am on the student version 2021 R1. I attached the Solver Output from the fail Modal Analysis.

  nPlease insert the image from Workbench of the Modal system or Eigenvalue Buckling system attached to the Static Structural system. What links did you include between the two systems?n
