  Hard disk space available is 200GB

  Double the RAM on the computer (if you can afford it and if the motherboard supports it).
  
  Reduce the number of nodes and elements in your model. Can you use symmetry?

  I am not using symmetry. Reducing number of nodes doesn't working.

  You need to provide more information if you want help on this. There is always a way to simplify a model to fit within the available resources.
