  Do you want Moderators to take down inappropriate/irrelevant content?
  
  For example, this post I would just delete if I could.
  
  I am able to edit the contents of the post and could do that.
  
  What is your guidance on this?

  Hi Vishal,
  
  There is the Report button for posts and Users. Do those reports get sent to you? That is a very simple way to alert you to inappropriate content.
