Momentum not active SpaceClaim (Greyed out)

      Hello,

       

      I am trying to help a customer activate Momentum, but somehow it is still greyed out in SpceClaim. We have linked an activation to the computer without error from the online subscription page.

       

      Any idea on how to solve this problem?

       

      I have already tried deleting the files in Local Appdata .ansyslicensing folder, but this did not work.

      Is the Momentum license option enabled under SpaceClaim options - License?
