SubscriberI'm trying to experiment with the momentum source scaling factor in CFX and enabled the expert parameter "smooth inside ims = t" for a factor of 50. I'm getting the following error. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Ansys EmployeeThere is no such expert parameter in the recent Ansys CFX versions. Please refer to the documentation Immersed Solids in the Ansys CFX Solver Modeling Guide in order to know how to stabilize the runs.

SubscriberThank you! I was accidentally looking at an older version's documentation. So, has this expert parameter been replaced with something else?

Ansys EmployeeYou do not require it anymore. Just lookup the hints mentioned in the Modeling Guide.
Good Luck.
