MOSFET 3D model

  MOSFET 3D model
  
  can anywhere find some MOSFET 3D model which can truely simulate actual MOSFET.
  
  I have one on hand, see attached picture. plastic + copper, heat applied on copper, is it enough for simulating thermal property of a MOSFET?

  a controller for electric steering. there are some MOSFETs which drive the motor.

    sen li If you are not using Discovery products for the post processing on your case, you can post it on ANSYS Customer Portal or Ansys Learning Forum based on the type of license that you have. There you might find CAD models of MOSFET, etc. If you are just looking for a CAD model, we do not have any on our end. I will still check with the team and get back to you.

  i'm using catia for building 3D model.
  
  i've teared down some mosfet. i'll try by myself firstly.
